Emerging adulthood: The age of identity exploration, instability, self-focus, feeling in between, and possibilities.
I make (mostly) healthy food & I always have seconds. I perpetually smell like onions – ask my friends. My preferred death of choice is drowning in a vat risotto. I woke up one day & the thought of eating meat made me want to hurl so I stopped. I don’t eat dairy either. Just trying to do my part for the world. Sometimes I miss cheese. I despise fruit – it’s stupid. I love Jesus. I eat 8 mint Oreos after each meal you read about here. Enjoy.
I like this blog. Very innovative, yet down-to-earth!

How cute about beef, LOL. Maybe you ate so much of it you just couldn’t take it anymore, or maybe the taste just started bothering you…Pork is beginning to get that way to me. I love the oreo mints after each meal though! 😉

Thanks for liking my celery soup recipe. I like your eggplant-parmesan recipe, wish I’d tried it this summer when I had garden eggplant to excess. I like your use of olive oil, that industrial seed/grain oil is rancid frankenfood. I’m on the paleo side and you’re more like my daughter, vegan/vegetarian, but they’re both better than the SAD (Standard American Diet). You’re prolific for a new blogger. Keep it up. If anybody asks you what you eat you can give them your blog URL.
